Water Witch's Capt. Monte Howell and his grandson and first mate, William Howell,

Capt. Howell has been fishing the waters of the
Atlantic for thirty years. The mate, whose
thoughts are always centered on fishing, was
born and raised on the Outer Banks. Among his
many accomplishments, Monte built and owned the
Temptation, as well as ran charters on various
other sport fishing boats. Captain Howell has
won numerous bill fishing tournaments both
locally and in Florida. Be sure to ask him to
regale you with tales of his past triumphs.
